Therapy:

is the art and science of assisting clients to grow toward a better sense of well-being. It is a client-centered process of active engagement and the skilled use of interpersonal relationships to facilitate improvement in psychological, social, spiritual, physical, or cognitive functioning.

Therapeutic
process

Counseling is a process that promotes personal growth in a supportive environment. The process relies on a collaborative relationship that is genuine and trustworthy.

I believe that everyone has the capacity for increased awareness, growth and transformation.

Through the therapeutic process we will work together to identify your strengths, develop ways to build on existing strengths, and work towards integrating new tools for approaching old problems in a new way.

The journey is highly confidential, professional and personalized to each individual’s therapeutic needs.
